Section 6B of the Snowy Mountains Cloud Seeding Act 2004 requires the EPA to review each report on cloud seeding operations provided by Snowy Hydro Limited and report the findings of the review, and make any necessary recommendations following the review, to the Board of the EPA and the relevant Ministers.

The Snowy Mountains Cloud Seeding Act 2004 enables Snowy Hydro Limited to conduct permanent cloud seeding operations within the Snowy Mountains in accordance with an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) approved by relevant Ministers.
